As I'm not 'technically' a resident of Reading, I can't buy my Reading Festival tickets early on Sunday, booo... Even though my postcode is listed as qualifying, my house doesn't fall under Reading Council, so I'm out. Bah humbug.
Oh well, I will just have to pray I get some when they go on general release on Monday.
*Update, I completely forgot to go online when the tickets went on sale so I missed out :-( Hopefully we can get some nearer the time off Ebay and the like...

One of my absolute best friends turned 30 last Sunday and tomorrow night is her birthday party
I'm really, really excited because...
- Laura is a brilliant friend and deserves to be made a fuss of!
- We haven't been out together in ages
- I love celebrating birthdays
- It's a totally legitimate excuse to get really dressed up!!
Hopefully I will have some sober great pictures to post on Sunday!

At my hen night last May...
Friday 11th March
Apparently my back issues of Vogue are taking up more and more room in Jon's study at home... and he's not happy!
So, as I'm scared I will come home one day to find them gone, I need to decide what to do with them all (there are more than I could fit in the picture - Jon doesnt know the half of it!)
I'm thinking i might take the covers off, then tear out any editorials/adverts I really like & then keep them in date order in a file. Although saying that, I'm not sure I'm happy tearing them to pieces and throwing the unwanted bits away - feels a bit sacrilegious.
Or, I could just hold out and pray we move to a bigger house one day!

We decided to go into Henley for a late lunch and a bit of a walk. It was a lot colder than it looked!
This probably isn't what I would have picked for my first blog outfit, but, as I was 'seizing the day', I decided to go with it...
I love these boots and wear them a lot - I usually end up wearing an item of leopard print everyday which isn't intentional. The jumper was a bargain from ebay - the tag says 1992 and I'm pretty sure my Mum used to have something similar back in the day!
